I am leaving this review everywhere I can to warn others. Please be careful when purchasing a car here. They will show you documentation for a different car than the one you are interested in. The contract amount will be hiked by several thousand dollars hoping you won't catch it. They will promise 250.00 reward incentives, you will never receive the check and they will pretend they don't know what you ate talking about. And finally when I went to cash my refund check from the gap company the bank tells me there is a stop payment. Somehow beaver stopped payment and had the money sent to themselves. I got the car I wanted which is some consolation but It was a horrible experience and I was definitely cheated. Buyer beware. More

Also, the detailers did a pitiful job - left plastic bits both outside and inside car, spots everywhere, and did not vacuum under seats (also apparently threw away the manuals; had to find them from another source). Only advantage was convenient location. Cast of characters was not very polished or impressive and fell well short of the tagline of “Wow-ing” me. More

I was very pleased on how organized the service Dept. was. Once I drove up, they had all of my info. When I set up my appointment the advisor said that it shouldn't take no more than an hour to service m was. Once I drove up, they had all of my info.
