Service was Excellent I purchased my new vehicle in March and have had it in three times for oil changes and normal service. Saturday AM service I scheduled a maintenance for 8am sharp Saturday morning and when I arrived, Ms. Paula had my vehicle pulled into service immediately. Very professional service deptmartment Took my car in for an issue that was covered under warranty. Paula Williams was my service consultant. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was promptly given a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was kept informed through the whole process on how the repair was going. She even made sure the car was clean when I picked it up. Having to take a car in for any type of repair can be a very stressful experience. It was anything but this time.
