Service department The salesmen are friendly will say. But the service department is a joke. Went there with a check engine light. The service writer said to me they couldn't find anything wrong?? Really? Those lights just don't come on. So they reset it I drove it a week came back on. I called and said you wasted my time last time can you please do something for a loaner car? He said no. But it's your fault you guys didn't fix it the first time. I saved my second 100$ took it to my local garage he figured out the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I spent 100 total at my garage and was fixed right. Oh and second my gf took it for a oil change they said my brakes are less than 25% she asked for a price they told her 400$ some odd dollars. I had my garage look at it and the brakes where over 80% new. They tried ripping me well her off. I asked the service writer about it and he well basically blew me off. So with that being said don't waste your time buying a car from there. More

Overpriced I had been going to this dealer for service for 2 years to maintain a lifetime warranty on my 2005 Jeep Wrangler I purchased there. Oil changes take forever, even with an appointment. Several times they told me they rotated my tires (and charged me almost $20 to do so) and the work was not done. Last time I went to have the radiator replaced. $650 and two days later I pick up my Jeep to find my front differential breather hose dragging underneath the vehicle. It had been mounted on the old radiator and never relocated. They recommended a tuneup 7,000 miles after they had just tuned it up! These clowns never have ANY parts in stock for my Jeep. Avoid this stealership unless you enjoy wasting money. More
