Beaver Toyota of Cumming has a high-tech service center where you can get your Toyota or Lexus serviced or maintained – we also maintain all makes and models. Our origins are humble, and we remain humble servants to our customers. The heart of our family-owned dealership starts with Mike Beaver. Mike learned the automobile business from his father. At age 12 Mike began working 7 days a week and never slowed down. He purchased his first dealership in Denison, Texas in 1986. Two more dealerships followed; one in Carrollton, Texas and one in Lufkin, Texas. Later another in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As Mike and his wife Linda grew the company, they were determined to elevate standards of doing business to be customer centric and community focused. The Beaver family comes from a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” attitude which permeates throughout our culture. The talent we cultivate at the dealership understands the importance of honing their respective craft to best serve our customers.

Great selection of inventory. Kindi, sales manager, was very helpful and professional. My wife and I had a frustrating experience during our first experience. After outlining the specific model and trim I was looking for, the process was very inefficient. Instead of looking up available inventory and deciding which vehicles to look at, we were driven out to the lot on golf cart, and started walking car-to-car to read the price and added options. I saw a truck that I wanted to test drive and the sales person took the golf cart back to the dealership, leaving my wife and I deep into the lot during the cold evening. We had tentative appointment to get to, and we headed back to the dealership, and I asked for my truck key to be returned from whomever was accessing trade-in value. We learned that nobody had looked at my truck, and we were then introduced to two other members of the sales team. It felt like a disingenuous sales tactic to keep us there, which was very frustrating. I again request my keys and left convinced that I would never return. Then, one of the sales managers, Kindi, reached to me and was very courteous and professional. He professionally presented me with options, and we ran through a few price & trade-in scenarios. We set an appointment for me to come back, even though I live over 70 miles away. I happened to find a truck on their website, and Kindi and negotiated a fair deal, and I drove up that evening to close the deal. I arrived a few minutes before they closed but the staff stayed well beyond closing to allow me to look at the truck I was buying, getting it cleaned, and closing the purchase. While everyone that evening was very helpful, if it were not for Kindi, I would have never considered going back to Beaver Toyota. More

Beaver Toyota is the best dealership in Georgia. The customer service was great. My salesperson Santa Soto was great. Finance manager Brayeam Delgado was great. They got me the best finance deal on my car and a good deal on selling me the car. They also have a policy if you don't like the car after you buy it and don't go over 150 miles I think it is then you can return the car for another car or your refund that is very good. Everyone at the dealership was great if anyone needs a car go to Beaver Toyota that's where I'm getting my next vehicle when I need one thank you Beaver Toyota you're the best. More
