Very unfortunate experience today at Beaverton Nissan. They are my local dealership so went in to test drive a vehicle. Had set up and appointment and had communicated with at least 2 people regarding the models I was hoping to drive and was told they’d be pulled up for me. Unfortunately neither were ready when I got there. Went for a test drive and the sales person decided to come along (other people in the dealership were able to drive alone). Now when it came to the numbers I asked for a breakdown and was shown a monthly payment and the sales lady VERY obviously was covering part of the sheet that showed the price as well as 2 dealer add on/protection packages. When I asked for the residual and money factor for the lease then another guy Joey was brought to give me a breakdown which still was not great as they were missing several Nissan manufacture rebates. Finally as I’m walking the head manager attempted to rectify things and give me a deal but it unfortunately still fell short but magically he was able to increase the rebates and find the ones I was looking for. Unsure what happened here today and unclear if this was a race issue? Either way I will not be returning nor recommending the dealerships to friends and family. More

They seem nice enough when you walk through the doors, but we went here twice and had zero follow up after both visits. We asked for a quote for a lease on a rogue and they ghosted us.
