Had my 2020 Escape in for a recall of a door issue and had my 40k maintenance done. Everyone was very courteous , waiting room was comfortable (no tea for the Keurig though), and the courtesy van and driv had my 40k maintenance done. I brought my Explorer in to get alignment and was informed that it needed more extensive repair.
