I called the Quick Lane at around noon to determine if their work would allow them to deal with a leaking tire. The phone rang and went to voicemail. I assumed they were swamped and did not leave a mess their work would allow them to deal with a leaking tire. The phone rang and went to voicemail. I assumed they were swamped and did not leave a message. Within 5 minutes manager Jeremy Rick's called me back to see what I needed. I took my car in after 3:30. In less than an hour, they found a screw, patched my tire and had me in my way. Kudos to Jeremy for great customer service. It is the reasonI keep going back More
On numerous occasions I had my vehicle serviced at the QuickLane. Each time they did a brake inspection and told me something different. First time I was told the front brakes needed to be replaced, the n QuickLane. Each time they did a brake inspection and told me something different. First time I was told the front brakes needed to be replaced, the next time I was told they were alright, the next time I was told they needed to be replaced and the next time I was told they didn't need replacing, instead I was told the back brakes needed to be replaced. This does not give me any confidence at all about the technicians employed at Beck QuickLane. I have been told that I needed a new air filter, but less than a week before I had replaced the air filter myself. It seems that Beck QuickLane is doing nothing but trying to pad their wallets. I won't be returning to Beck QuickLane or doing any future business with Beck, If anyone asks me for any recommendations as to where to go for service on their vehicles, it won't be to Beck QuickLane. You have lost a loyal customer. More
his is NOT about the dealer, but about the Fast Lane Service that they have. They are genuinely concerned about their customers. I had bad tires, and they showed me just how bad they were. With having front wheel drive, they took the worst two tires and put them on the rear. One of them was so bad that they suggested putting on the spare, which I agreed with. They could have just let me go, and change it on my own when it went flat. But they didn't do that, because they cared about their customers safety and wellbeing.
