The dealership is way too busy. Plan was an oil change and oil leak fix. Vehicle dropped off at 8 am, and I requested an update as soon as they had one. I reached out at 3 pm and my Plan was an oil change and oil leak fix. Vehicle dropped off at 8 am, and I requested an update as soon as they had one. I reached out at 3 pm and my car was still on standby. I needed my car by noon the next day, so it was too risky. I requested to cancel the leak fix and for them to only do the oil change. Picked up my vehicle at 830 am the next day. Felt like this shop had been trending downward. Staff come and go, however they must be doing something right because they are building a whole new dealership next door.. must be me... More

Took it for warranty work. Was told it had to be there 24. Was not to,d that when I made the appointment. I couldn’t leave it. Also inspection report stated one of the things they inspected was the windshield washer and it passed, the windshield washers does not work. This was the warranty work I brought it in for. Obviously these inspections reports are useless. Inspections are not done. More
