I have really enjoyed working with Dick Barrick on 2 different occassions. I purchased a 2007 Expedition Limited which Dick spent a lot of time locating the color, and everything that we wanted on it a different occassions. I purchased a 2007 Expedition Limited which Dick spent a lot of time locating the color, and everything that we wanted on it and found just the right one. Then this past August we came back to talk with Dick about purchasing a 2010 Expedition Limited. Once again he went to working hard to help me find the right vehicle and it just wasn't out there so he suggested we order one from the factory so that we would have exactly what we wanted. I loved his suggestion and help. I think he deserves the GOLD STAR for his personability and helpfulness! Dick is always available to answer any questions that we might have. He is certainly an asset to your company. You don't find many sales people that don't pressure you till you feel like walking away but Dick isn't like that at all. He is the greatest sales person that we have ever dealt with. Thanks Dick Gene & Marge Wertz, Tipp City, Ohio Nest time we are looking for a new car we will certainly work with him. More

I bought this truck in 6/2010, I have not been back for any service, but am due for an oil change, I plan to return to Beechmont for that service,almost 30 a mile drive. First let me say I was extremely impressed with my purchasing experience. They had the best price I had seen for the pre-owned 2010 Mustang I purchased NATION WIDE!!! The price was so good that I put a deposit on it over the phone after viewing the pictures on the internet on Tuesday. I flew into Columbus from Alabama on Saturday and was picked up at the airport by one of their drivers. That is red carpet service folks!!! Randy Reed even worked with me on the phone on his days off to make sure I was satisfied and he hadn't had a day off in over a week. Randy thanks for all your help. Even though I'm 600 miles away I would fly up there and buy another car in minute. Very pleased. More
