My Review of Bel Air Nissan-Subaru:
DO NOT USE THIS DEALER AND ESPECIALLY DON'T DEAL WITH STEVE ZELL. He is unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Also, when you have a problem with a sales manager such as this guy, you cannot contact the VP Brian Kilby or Larry Jones as they do not take phone calls nor have emails. it's almost as if they care less about customer experience.

This is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and they actually made him a manager. They only show care and concern until the contract is signed and you make a purchase, they are not there with you for the long haul. "Jones for life".... yeah right!!!
