I was traveling through the area and noticed my truck battery voltage was low. I swung into Bell and Melissa quickly got me in to check the alternator and then replaced my battery. The repair to my car was very good. The greeting from the service manager was just okay. Since my 2021 Buick only had 21,000 miles on it, I asked when the road rep visited Bell & Bell The greeting from the service manager was just okay. Since my 2021 Buick only had 21,000 miles on it, I asked when the road rep visited Bell & Bell to see if it could be covered since it is a known flaw for GM cars. (My father-in-law owned a dealership so I know more than the average person about car dealerships). She looked at me with a blank stare - "never heard of a road rep". Meanwhile another passing employee (an older man) snarled "I've worked here 20 years - ain't never heard of. road rep." When I was notified that my car was finished, I approached the service manager. She handed me the keys. I asked her where my car was. She pointed to a large parking lot - "it's out there somewhere." This is not at all professional! I had to searched through dozens of cars till I found mine! This is why I only gave the dealership 3 stars. More

I was given an option between a oil change and having major work done, which I really don’t know if that’s what I needed but when I brought it in and asked if it was safe to drive when they couldn’t take major work done, which I really don’t know if that’s what I needed but when I brought it in and asked if it was safe to drive when they couldn’t take it in for another week and a half they said yes me when I went in they said there was no oil so making sure it was safe to drive wasn’t actually true when I had brought it in when they couldn’t work on it, I have had only negative situations with this from having to pay for the second battery installation when it was guaranteed never had that in the past, and I won’t have that problem now because I traded it in somewhere else, and they would’ve had my business for another vehicle had I felt good with the service. Kyle had to help me last time when they wouldn’t take the coupon for my repairs and I never feel like I’m being taken care of in their service department properly, so I chose not to buy a vehicle from you and I went to Chevy and picked up a truck cause I’ve been wanting a truck and I let them know there was some type of oil leak that you said, but why did I pay for an oil change and not just been offered to tap it off for whatever it cost for the oil if I was gonna trade it in and I don’t even know if I believe it because I had no overheating. I had no check engine light and I haven’t really felt comfortable with the service department. Hanin White was wonderful. I never questioned them. I always felt like I got a good shape from their service department and they even looked up coupons for me when I used to go to help me out at Hadwin-white if I liked your service, I would’ve definitely got a car from you. I had my car towed there and specifically asked if they work on Hyundais and service said yes. However I was then called to say they could not repair so had to have it towed again to Hyundai dealership so work on Hyundais and service said yes.
