Unbelievable. I was Quoted $897.00 for a key 2015 Taurus. I need a key made.And this is for the cheap key. To me this is beyond words.I am a Senior citizen living on slim Budget. My car was stolen and need a key to retrieve it. The storage lot of Phoenix PD charges $56.00 dollars a day. I guess they can keep my car. Thanks Bell Ford. Outrageous. More
I had a tire hazard flat. There were 2 tires damaged and I had to escalate up 3 times with warranty company to get anything resolved. Warranty denied the claim 3 times based on photos of the damage. They said they could not see any damage and didn’t see that the tires were leaking. They said the dealer servicing dept should have reported both of the damaged tires but had only reported the one flat. I ended up replacing the tires using a different tire repair shop. I’m in the process now of getting reimbursed from warranty company but they will only give me any credit for the one tire because dealer didn’t report both tires at the initiation of the claim. So now I have more hoops to jump through in order to resolve the claim. More

I made a 7:00 am appointment with Lyle to have my;22 F-350 serviced, I was met and checked in. I was shown the waiting area which included a small coffee shop. I received periodic text updates includin F-350 serviced, I was met and checked in. I was shown the waiting area which included a small coffee shop. I received periodic text updates including a video of the service performed on my vehicle. my truck was returned to me in just over an hour. Lyle Arnheiter provided a detailed explanation of the service performed, I was certainly pleased with how I was treated and the explanation of the service my vehicle received by the Lyle. More
Travis at Bell Ford is amazing. He got us in as we are out of state. Three other dealerships wanted us to leave our vehicle for two days and it is our only transportation. I explain He got us in as we are out of state. Three other dealerships wanted us to leave our vehicle for two days and it is our only transportation. I explained our situation to Travis. He told us to come in and they would help us. He made an exception and had the vehicle diagnosed in 30 minutes, part ordered and gave us a loaner car. Great customer service! More
Service Department- Nov 4th, 2024. I made an appointment with Kody Schmierer to have my 2014 Ford Raptor have work done on a recent Ford Recall. Kody said they would pick up and return I made an appointment with Kody Schmierer to have my 2014 Ford Raptor have work done on a recent Ford Recall. Kody said they would pick up and return my car the exact same day. I did not receive a call all day from my service advisor. I call and text his cell phone and do not get a call back at the end of the day. I call and texted Kody again in the morning and no response for 2 hours. I call the service manager and then I finally get a call back from Kody. He advises me that I called to late yesterday and that is why he did not respond. I responded that I received 10 text messages from Bell Ford and I would expect that my service advisor would call me with updates and especially if there was going to be a delay...Kody then promised that my vehicle would be ready and delivered at 11am; and of course that did not happen. I keep texting every hour and no response. Finally the vehicle shows up at 2pm with no advance notice. Good service is hard to come by these days and unfortunately here is another example. I definitely will not be going back and giving them a second chance. There are many other options out there to choose from. Mark Mayr More

I had a fantastic experience at Bell Ford service, finally. I have brought my truck here for years for service. I tried another Ford dealership in the area to see if I could get a little better servic finally. I have brought my truck here for years for service. Today I was very pleasantly surprised at the improved customer service provided by Travis Fetterolf. I would give Travis a 5 star review. Hoping he stays around! More
