100% NEVER in my life have I been treated so incredibly disrespectfully as I have dealing with Adam. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and hates dealing with people. I have been bringing my car here disrespectfully as I have dealing with Adam. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and hates dealing with people. I have been bringing my car here and dealing with him not wanting to find out any answers for me regarding my warranty. He has said he would try to get me a car to get me through the week since my car will be there for 7 days JUST to diagnose it. He doesn’t want to find ANYTHING out due to laziness. Shame on you Bell Ford for hiring horrible, lazy, disrespectful people to deal with customers. He actually told me he would refuse my service after I wanted to speak to his manager. This is the absolute worse I’ve ever been treated. No one should ever have to go here. And DO NOT buy a car here! They will promise you a car anytime you have an issue then refuse you. More

Brought my 15k mile 2021 Bronco in for an alignment, a leaking rear shock, and two recalls at 7:00AM by appointment. Rep said the recalls were 4-6 hours. No problem. Recalls were finished at 2:45PM, no al leaking rear shock, and two recalls at 7:00AM by appointment. Rep said the recalls were 4-6 hours. No problem. Recalls were finished at 2:45PM, no alignment, no shock, and the final invoice shows 0.2 hours (12 minutes) for the six hour recall and 0.4 hours for another (36 minutes total). Next day arrived at 7:00AM, first car in and back out at 10:30AM, charged for four-wheel alignment (which is impossible on a straight rear axle vehicle) versus a two wheel. "Really? Well, it's only like $50 more", plus $48 "miscellaneous" fee (there are no consumables used in the alignment, no oils, no shop towels, nothing), and...the leaky shock is "bent" and $1006 to replace and not under warranty because its "bent". These Bilstein shocks are notorious for leaking. They even handed me the TSB on the leaking shocks. It is not bent. I don't jump this thing and these shocks according to Bilstein are some of the strongest shocks ever put on a production vehicle. BTW, I'm a former ASE technician myself. All of the staff was exceedingly friendly, but these people are obviously on commission for upselling repair work. Watch out. I also purchased the vehicle here and the salesman Mike was excellent. Do not take your car here to get serviced! !! They will nickel and dime you and charge you labor chargers for each screw they tighten, changing a battery that I supplied them cost me $250. They !! They will nickel and dime you and charge you labor chargers for each screw they tighten, changing a battery that I supplied them cost me $250. They will try to charge a $250 Diagnostic fee when you can just go to Auto Zone next door and get for free. I will NOT be returning here every again an will be posting this same review on several other sites to detour anyone else thinking of going here. More
I set an appointment this morning for 9:00 AM to have my oil changed and serviced. I was called at 8:19 by the service person and told it should be ready by noon. I called close to 4:00 to be told by said p oil changed and serviced. I was called at 8:19 by the service person and told it should be ready by noon. I called close to 4:00 to be told by said person, he was at lunch and would call me when he got back. No big deal at this point. He calls me 20 minutes later and tells me they are just now finishing up with the oil change. He then proceeded to tell me they had a lot of walk-ins and "waiters", folks waiting in the waiting area so mine got pushed back. Please tell me the benefit or purpose of an appointment??? He said he told me end of day, which was false. When I asked why I should bring my vehicle there again, I was told do whatever you want. Wow! I have used these folks before and no big issues, but to be treated like this? No thanks. It will be worth the drive across town to Chapman from now on. New note: I went to pick it up and was told I had a severe oil leak that the technician thought was coming from my cylinder head. I was shown a picture of a sizable puddle of oil, which was clear enough to see the lines in the concrete underneath ( I have the picture). My truck is a diesel and that stuff is black when it is changed, not clear. I brought the truck home and not a drop, just like there was no evidence prior to dropping it off on my almost new concrete driveway. You can do what you want and trust them with your vehicle if you want, but I would highly advise against it. no shame whatsoever about trying to rip you off. More
Charge twice as much as competition for services. Difficult to work with. Never meet expectations in service. Bought my car there but it means nothing. Difficult to work with. Never meet expectations in service. Bought my car there but it means nothing. More
Go to any other dealership besides Bell Ford, this was the worst customer service I have ever received, extremely rude receptionist in the service department refusing to schedule an appt for my truck for the worst customer service I have ever received, extremely rude receptionist in the service department refusing to schedule an appt for my truck for diagnostic test for a warning light that came on. She stated that even with an appt I had to drop my truck off for “3-4 days” just for a diagnosis of what was causing the warning light, that did not include repair time and I was on my own for a rental car!!! As I try and understand why this is the case the receptionist began heavy sighing and repeating the same thing over and over again w out answering my questions. One call to another ford dealership and they got me in that day. Bell Ford has lost a 15 year patron, I will never go back. Don’t waste your time here, receive quality service anywhere but here!! These people are nothing but liars. I was lied to about the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully r the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully refundable. I filled out the refund paperwork. It was conveniently lost. Took over four months and many phone calls and emails to finally get my money back. They force you to purchase their Ultra Guard (it’s part of the purchase price). Then when you schedule your service, they don’t bother to tell you they don’t do the Ultra Guard on Saturdays. I drove close to an hour both ways to get this done. I waited to see if I could get a refund on that. They finally said someone would call me. In true Bell Ford fashion, no one called me. More and more lies. BUYER BEWARE These people are xxxxxxxx. More
The AC in my F150 was blowing warm. Compressor and fan checked out fine. Dealership advised the “code” indicated the HVAC module would need to be replaced. Once replaced they would test again and this ma checked out fine. Dealership advised the “code” indicated the HVAC module would need to be replaced. Once replaced they would test again and this may or may not fix the problem that it may also be the PCM module. After the HVAC module was replaced I was told they would need to replace the PCM. The cost for both I was being quoted was over $2500. The technician appeared to be going off of codes alone which from my understanding gets them in the general area but does not pinpoint the problem. With no guarantee this would fix the problem I did not have the PCM replaced and left the service center without the AC blowing cold. The repair that fixed the problem was found by another shop and it was not the PCM and makes me question if I needed the HVAC module which the cost for that was just under $1000. Not satisfied. More
