Lying and reinstalling broken parts under warranty work Bell Ford got caught installing broken parts on my 2015 Ford platinum f150 also got caught lying about it. Mike Perreault, the Assistant Service Manager, is courteous, professional and has excellent automotive knowledge. His experience and guidance helped minimize expense for a major repair on my 1998 Expedition. Two days after the repair, Mike followed up with a telephone call to verify if the repair met my expectation and the vehicle was operating properly. Now - that's EXCELLENT SERVICE!! In Southern California, I had a trustworthy Ford dealership for service and repairs. It appears I can now rest assured, Bell Ford and Mike Perreault will do the same for me here in Phoenix. More
Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Started taking my Mustang to Bell Ford for its service a few years ago after dealing with know-nothings at 2 other dealerships. Ford doesent know the meaning of Service Sales is their only priority, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bell Ford. Like all Dealerships the experience ends once you become an owner. Completely forgot the meaning of Service. Took in truck for a drive train issue and they ended up working on my turbo boot, in fact they removed it and improperly re-installed it causing it to fail while I was driving. And now they say they had nothing to do with it, even if it is in the service record that they removed it. More

I dropped my F-150 off to have the plastic bushings in my clutch pedal replaced. I usually work on my own cars and had already diagnosed the problem, but since it was a busy week for me I decided to have the clutch pedal replaced. I got a call from Paul my service advisor later and was told that he got it covered under warranty. Bell Ford certainly will be a part of my service team in the future. Don't waste your valuable time - have the dealership check your car out before you do it yourself. More

It was a great, hassle-free visit to the Bell Ford service department for "Floyd's" first check-up. Floyd is my Fusion. I was expecting to have to pay for something, but happily, my bill was zero.
