If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to Bellingham Ford after calling ahead and being assured they could help reassemble part of my engine block (I already had all the p I brought my car to Bellingham Ford after calling ahead and being assured they could help reassemble part of my engine block (I already had all the parts, some brand new). I had my car towed to their shop, and then it sat there for four months. During that time, I called, emailed, and even showed up in person multiple times, only to be told each time that “there are a lot of cars in front of yours.” After months of zero real communication or updates, I was finally told they couldn’t do the work after all and that I’d “just need a whole new engine” — with a quote of $13,500 for parts and labor. I never received an initial quote, never received updates, and was blindsided with that information after months of waiting. When I declined, they accused me of attempting to abandon my car in their lot, even though I had been the one constantly reaching out trying to get answers. The last person I spoke with was also rude, which only added to an already awful experience. In short: no communication, no accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. Our dealer, Mike, was fantastic—kind, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He took the time to introduce us to the managers, who were all incredibly friendly, informative, laid back, and honestly, pretty funny. Even Mike in finance made that part of the process smooth and enjoyable—something I never thought I’d say about paperwork!
