Came to Bennett Toyota today and the saleswoman (Kara) was very respectful and professional. We had thought we had a very professional manager (Mike) helping us with everything as well, but it turned out, was very respectful and professional. We had thought we had a very professional manager (Mike) helping us with everything as well, but it turned out, he was actually trying to make a name for himself as it was his 1st day as a manager. Vehicles are completely marked up purposely. When addressed he took serious offense to it, because he was caught in a lie. He even tried to say no dealers use KBB(Kelly Blue Book) which is absurd to say the least. Completely rude to my financial advisor for no reason whatsoever. On top of all that even got aggressive with his tone and I had to tell him that his aggression was unnecessary. Would not recommend Bennett Toyota to anyone in the Lehigh Valley or coming to the Lehigh Valley. Do not give them your hard earned money. Wasted valuable time. Shameful business tactics. More
