My Review of Benson Ford Nissan:
GM of dealership would not come and sit down with us to discuss problem we were having with the car. They even called the cops on us while they had us waiting in their dealership for the GM to come from a supposely meeting. They even threatened to have the car towed to our home if we left the car there while the GM was in a supposely meeting. The whole time we were at the dealaership the GM was across a side street at the Ford dealership. Needless to say, I will never shop at one of their dealership again.

If you ever go there, make sure that you get all of your paperwork. If not, they will come back and say something like you didn't complete paperwork, or you possibly even commited fraud. They are crooks. If you encounter anything strange, hire a lawyer immediately!

My Review of Benson Ford Nissan:
I know this dealership all too well. Dont ever purchase anything from this dealership. The are a few good people there. Do not and I repeat do not buy from Mike Waters. He is a ex-con that is not suppose to be working at a dealership. Somehow him and the manager have a deal with the sales and Mike gets a majority of them and I believe splits them with the manager and the Finance personel (Rowena). Mike Waters went to jail for 3 yrs due to vehicle fraud and selling vehicles without titles and pocketing the money. I am in the process of trying to find a warrent for his arrest because I know there is one out there. Believe me that I know this dealership all to well, I knew Mike Waters very closely and never liked him. Car sales is not a dirty job unless you make it out to be and Mike and the manager has made it very dirty indeed.

My Review of Benson Ford Nissan:
The finance department of this Nissan dealership is about as crooked as it gets. They lie, change figures, and withhold information. Prior to financing, I would have rated this dealership as one of the best that I've ever dealt with. However, they need to overhaul their finance department.
