I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have not received! My Bentayga that I purchased from Bentley of Newport Beach had damaged to the dash board and I agreed to split the cost of the repair; not received! My Bentayga that I purchased from Bentley of Newport Beach had damaged to the dash board and I agreed to split the cost of the repair; I paid what was required of me on my portion of the deal. I was told someone would be in touch with me to resolve this issue, it has been three months and all communication has been initiated by me. I contacted the dealership via telephone, text & email but I have only received empty & broken promises from this “luxury”experience dealership. I have never written a review however this lack of attention & priority warrants a negative review. My dream car experience has been a disaster! More
