We bought a 2006 ML that had 28,000 miles on it back in January. Since than, it has been back in their shop 3 times for a total of 5 weeks; needs new transmission, speakers, front wheel axles, brakes, and who knows what else. There are no managers at this dealership; they're bunch of fools that pretent to be important. To this day, after numerous e-mails and phone calls nobody has called me back. They lie to you and will make your purchase a nightmare.

Do not buy from them unless you want a part time job dealing with problems.

Bought a 90K S500 from them.
Next year, left a $1000 deposit on another vehicle. Deposit was fully refundable. It was for an early ML. Decided not to purchase the vehicle. Repeatedly asked for refund. Repeatedly called. Repeatedly called and asked for management. The salesman kept telling me they couldn't find the records, but they would take care of it.
It's 12 years later. No one ever called back. I'm still out the money. Salesman still knows they owe me $1,000.
I'm an idiot. But they are thieves.

By the way, try pricing parts from this dealership. Here are quotes from them for 2 parts needed for a windshield wiper problem. They quoted $169 and $3.50. Mercedes list price for these parts are $125 and $1.20 each, respectively. Bought through a dealer on the internet at $112.97 and $1.00 each, respectively.

So, anytime you are having repairs done at this dealer - check the price of parts. Chances are you are paying through the nose.

The "suggested list price" is usually the price from which a discount is given. Here, the suggested list price is the base price from which additional mark ups are added.

I bought my car from this dealership last week and couldn't be more delighted with the professionalism they showed. My salesperson was a gentleman and spent a lot of time simply showing me vehicles and discussing the various purchasing options. This is my third Mercedes but first at Benzel Busch. My first two were at Prestige Motors and while they are convenient to my home, they are a terrible dealership. The sales manager at Benzel Busch Joe Herman was super knowledgeable and made me feel as though I had been doing business at there for years. My neighbor has bought many cars here and says they have a great service department, so I hope I get the same great service there that I had in sales.

Bought a car. Went on vacation for a week. Returned to find the car had been sold to someone else. They offered to make it up by selling the same car one year newer at the same price. It was not the same car. It was a lower model.

Cheap used car salesman tactics. No sense of honor. No integrity.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!

The service at Benzel Busch is terrible. They try to manipulate you into getting things done to your car that you really don't need. They try to squeeze every dollar out of you. The top tier management is non-responsive. I've tried numerous times to speak to them and they never call back. Customer service is horrendous. I am really disappointed with this dealership. Don't be fooled by their so called professionalism. They're a bunch of con-artists in suits. I've purchased two cars from this dealership. You would think that I would have learned my lesson with the first car but they are conveniently located to where I live. I will buy my next car at another dealership even though it means that I need to travel further.

Frank is the most amazing person I have met when dealing with cars. Everytime there is a problem with my SL or ML, he treats me with respect, gets me a loaner car (even if I walk in that day complaining), is ALWAYS similing. He is always friendly and if the quality of workmanship is poor, (it only happened once), he will gladly reaccept your car for service, give you a loaner, and make sure you are happy. He also treats everyone respectfully.


My sales experience has been less than subpar, but Service with Frank has been amazing. Frank is the best person you will EVER meet when dealing with Mercedes.
