Brandon the sales manager is a very mean, disrespectful and unrealiable perosn. I was in talk with him and John via my cell phone which starts from (312) Chicago #, because we never changed since we moved and unrealiable perosn. He called me and questioned me why I was using 312 phone #, instead of CA area code. I told him all our friends knew this nubmer for years so we decided to keep. I also tried to provide my office phone # which starts with 626 but he didnt listen. He ended up the call saying "I would pass on this opportunity and please Never call us back, because I don't believe what you said that you are buying for your family. I think you are exporting to other country". I am so furious on this and felt so much insulted. We looked all around in LA, San Diego, Thousand Oaks area, but cannot find a vehicle matches our need: R350 Bluetech, non-black interior, 7-seat, parktronic. And they have one and I called them. Never thought I would be treated like this. It is so unfair and I cannot believe this is how they treated a customer like this. Never go to this dealer, especially this Brandon guy!!! More
Took my car in to have a light checked and was told "you're going to get stranded...you need a new battery". Went back 5 days later for an "A Service" and was told the battery was fine but now I needed "you're going to get stranded...you need a new battery". Went back 5 days later for an "A Service" and was told the battery was fine but now I needed brake pads, rotors, and motor belts.I called and talked to the service manager and he said the service tech "probably" should had worded needing a battery differently and that I did need the other reccommended service because a light was on. After the battery experience, I had my brakes checked at another shop and was told yes, I needed pads but my rotors were fine. After I explained what had happeded at Berberian's they said they hear that a lot! As a single woman, I take care of my car so as not to get "stranded". However, I do not like to feel taken advantage of and want to know I can trust and rely on the advice and service I pay for. The service rep was cordial but the overall experience left me feeling very unsatisfied. More

My recent experience with Randy, at Berberian European Motors in Stockton was the most pleasant experience I've had in a l Dealerships in California. My recent experience with Randy, at Berberian European Motors in Stockton was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time. Not to mention I was making a car purchase! Randy gave me friendly, helpful attention and let me pick and choose what I wanted on my new Mercedes Benz, only standing by for feature benefits and/or operation of device; which by the way is so user friendly. Anyway, supper is waiting! Thank you Randy, I'm very happy with my Benz! And, Thanks to Brandon Toll, (GSM), and Steve in finance, I've never had such a great experience in buying a new automoblie. Unbelievable customer service! This gentleman walks you through the sale as if it were a Sunday drive! I wasn't even there to buy a car! Larry is the most patient salesperson I've ever met. Very professional, yet very attentive to personal needs. He seems to know what you want before you tell him what you want! He EARNED our business, along with all of our respect. Larry will walk you through every step of the way, taking the time to explain the process. My definition of "appointment" is evidently different from theirs. <br>Overall I think I was just unlucky as dealership seems committed to quality and is very interested in customer satisfaction. More
