I had a very disappointing experience with Bergey’s Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting. I was actively intending to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model X (VIN: 7SAXCBE56NF336270, Stock #: ECN3659A) and was told f Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting. I was actively intending to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model X (VIN: 7SAXCBE56NF336270, Stock #: ECN3659A) and was told for weeks that the vehicle was delayed due to a “software update” and that timing would not be an issue. Based on those representations, I obtained a certified check, sold my vehicle, arranged transportation, and drove over five hours round trip to complete the purchase. Upon arrival, the vehicle immediately displayed an active air suspension fault. I was then informed that the car had actually undergone strut and suspension arm replacements, not just a software update, and that the issue remained unresolved. The vehicle also produced a rattle when coming off throttle. I was ultimately told the vehicle was deemed unsafe and could not be sold, which made the entire trip unnecessary. Additional undisclosed issues included a tear in the driver seat, non-functioning powered third-row seats, and a missing trunk cargo cover. These issues were not disclosed prior to my arrival, nor was I informed that the vehicle might be unsafe or not eligible for sale. I dealt directly with the salesperson Joe LaPenta and the Pre-Owned Manager Christopher P. DeNight. This experience resulted in significant wasted time, travel expense, and disruption — especially frustrating given that I sold my vehicle and am expecting a baby soon. Transparency and communication were extremely poor. I would not recommend traveling to this dealership based on my experience. More

Absolute worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased 20 news cars over the years 4 of them being Cadillacs. This dealership and the management was utter trash. Going back and forth for a I’ve purchased 20 news cars over the years 4 of them being Cadillacs. This dealership and the management was utter trash. Going back and forth for a week trying to make a deal. Turns out they didn’t even know the car was already sold days prior. Then tried getting me to agree on a different vehicle. The GM was rude. Never returned phone calls and the salesman Ryan was completely clueless. Stay away give your money to someone else that appreciates their customers. More
