My wife and I had discussed trading the truck for a more practical car so we went into the dealership and talked to Stan who sold us the truck. He worked a good trade for us on a new car. Paperwork process was easy and we were switched out into our new car quickly. Exceptional service and professionalism from everyone involved. Will return for future business. More

Today David Agosta turned me against returning to Toyota Berglund for future business. As a sales person I understand it is your job to buy a car at the lowest possible price and sell a car at the highest and then of course bartering is expected. What isn’t expected is attitude from a sales person. David learn how to speak to a potential customer with basic curtesy. Learn to listen without rolling your eyes. Don’t interrupt someone while they are speaking, and lastly treat everyone with RESPECT. While I may have appeared to you as a young female that lacked the basic understanding as to how this business works, you were wrong and I was insulted. Learn to be better. Whoever is David’s manager needs to have a serious talk with him about customer service etiquette. More
