Awful experience I brought mmy vehicle here to get fixed and they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing to it... we called multiple times, left a bunch of messages over a I brought mmy vehicle here to get fixed and they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing to it... we called multiple times, left a bunch of messages over a span of two weeks and no one returned our calls. We went in to talk to them and they told us they could not find the paperwork for our vehicle... So, after 3 weeks (and some change) we went and took our vehicle. NO one called us or anything... for all they know someone stole ouour vehicle... it is absolutely ridiculous!! We had already paid $120 for them to "diagnose" our vehicle... which we took it to another mechanic who found the REAL issue which is not really the issue they told us that it was.... so frustrated with this experience and would never recommend their service center to anyone! More
