While in for service we double dipped on horrible, we found out after the fact that we needed to bring both keys in for the ignition switch recall (we get to go back). Guy standing next to us was on his second trip because of the same lack of communication. Then my wife asked for a sale person to discuss a Grand Cherokee we are interested in. We purchased a new Buick several years ago and at that time recieved good service up to the point of sale. Our worst experiance was both times we brought the car in to be looked at for something they treated us like dirt. I was not given the full information regarding the warranty I was sold. I was told by two people the price and that it covered everything 100%. However, when I got the paperwork I found out I had a $100 deductible per repair visit. When I tried contacting Van Dyn Hoven, I was given the run around. No one would help me. I was yelled at and threatened by the manager. They said they told me about the deductible but finally they admitted they did not tell me about it. In the end, they did not fix their error and I ended up paying for it. I would never go back to Van Dyn Hoven. More
