I appreciated the assistance navigating the dealership campus on my first visit. Though the buildings are well-signed, I wasn't sure which area I should be heading to, and a friendly face quickly recogniz campus on my first visit. The waiting area was quiet, clean and comfortable, all very welcome on a cold, pre-Christmas day. Ben's consultation with me after the service was complete was clear. He explained what had been done, answered my questions clearly, and gave me information for future reference. More

Salesperson Kevin is the only reason they got a second star. Terrible experience trying to reach anyone there, and don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. Bought a brand new 2015 accord. Salesperson was excitement to work with. 6 years and 66k miles later, service department can't seem to be reached for days, they don't stand by their cars. It's a known issue for Honda, but Bergstrom and Honda won't do anything about the connecting rod failure. Currently have a well maintained paperweight. I'll skip Honda and Bergstrom next time More
What terrible service. Wife went to buy a vehicle. Price didn’t match what she was sent in email. 5 sets of paperwork and still not right. After 2 hours left without buying a vehicle.
