I bought my car new at this dealership. The oil changes took hours. This was my first needed repair. They said it would be covered under warranty and repaired. Two hours later they told me it would cost $2000 and I’d need to schedule a time for it to be repaired after they ordered a part. The office guy was dishonest and argumentative. The warranty stuff is a big scam. The online scheduling system doesn’t work and folks rarely answer the phones. I will not continue to work with this dealership. More
