Their price transparency is not good. Also, they lied about the car's condition. The sales agent was a little disrespectful as well. I went there to purchase a used car. However, big and small scratches are all over the place: front, sideways, back, and even the trunk. One windshield wiper was broken. They raised the price we agreed on twice in different procedures, saying they "estimated" wrong and there was a "typo" in calculating taxes. But clearly, it was not a typo. After breaking down the "registration fees", easy math can tell that they added three more non-sense stuff. They did this right after I bought the insurance for the car. I felt so frauded and decided to leave, the sales agent made a gesture behind my back basically saying I was crazy. AVOID THIS DEALER. More
