Salesman Bobby great person to deal with. The finance guy messed up the paperwork I had to go back over to the dealership to sign the paperwork again. I made my first payment at the dealership which didn't post. I received a letter from Honda financial stating I was past due. It was a big mess. Once I return my lease I will do business elsewhere. Service is a nightmare at that place. They offer pick up for your vehicle just to leave you hanging. It's going to the second week since I was scheduled for vehicle pick up to have it serviced and I have not received not one phone call from service. At this point they can take care of what they were supposed to take care of when I return the SUV I'm done chasing them to get my car picked up. More
Yet another disappointing service visit for a simple oil change/battery check. The service advisor did not keep me updated while I was waiting for my vehicle. The initial result of my battery test showed th change/battery check. The service advisor did not keep me updated while I was waiting for my vehicle. The initial result of my battery test showed that there was "possibly a bad cell" and that a second test was necessary. Supposedly the second test was inconclusive, so of course they tried to sell me a new battery. Once home after my three hour visit, I looked under the hood only to notice that the technician did not close the battery terminal cover. Why? because "we was sure that you was going to get the battery replace and he was ready to remove it." Thanks for assuming. On the Multi-Point Inspection form provided to me, battery performance was indicated green when in fact it should have been red. This was another oversight I called to the service advisor's attention. Again, where is the quality control? Lastly, though I could go on and on, I have asked four times for the inspection video taken by the technician, but have yet to receive it. Not a great experience overall. You have a choice to service your car anywhere...this dealer is NOT your best option. More
Complaint: My name is Fernando, I am making a complaint. I was at the Bernardi Honda store today, 12/16/2024, at 960 Worcester Street Natick, to do a simple inspection for the year 2024 for 2025. I checked I was at the Bernardi Honda store today, 12/16/2024, at 960 Worcester Street Natick, to do a simple inspection for the year 2024 for 2025. I checked in at 10:50 am. I was attended to at the workshop. They asked me to wait 30 to 40 minutes for my car to be ready. I waited 1:20, one hour and twenty minutes, and paid for the service. When I went to read the receipts, they were giving me another car, a CRV, while my car is a Ridgeline. I told them it was wrong. They didn't do the service on my car and asked for another 30 minutes. I was already exhausted and asked for my car because they didn't even apologize. Terrible customer service and lack of attention and respect. I wasted my time. 30 minutes to go, another 30 minutes to come back, and another 1:50, one hour and fifty minutes. Please, do you have that you give the same attention to customers when you sell a car, sorry but there is no way to speak well of your service. More
