⭐ 0 Stars— Extremely Disappointed I bought a car from Best Deal Auto Sales with a warranty, expecting a reliable experience from what I thought was a reputable business. Instead, it has been an ongo from Best Deal Auto Sales with a warranty, expecting a reliable experience from what I thought was a reputable business. Instead, it has been an ongoing nightmare. The transmission failed after just 8 months, and the dealership has now installed three different transmissions — each one failing within minutes of leaving the shop. I’ve never made it home in the vehicle since the first failure. They’ve had my car for nearly four months straight, and now that the warranty is expired, I’m left with nothing to show for it. I didn’t even get to use the warranty — they did. To make things worse, they’re now telling me they don’t have the proper tools to even check the transmission because it’s a CVT. How did they install three of them without the right equipment? When I asked that question, I was accused of being “rude.” I also asked to speak to someone above the GM, and he laughed and said that was his dad — and “that won’t be happening.” This is not how a trustworthy business operates. I’m incredibly disappointed, and I hope others read this before making the same mistake I did. More
