No communication they don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to their text messages and they don’t respond back if you leave a voicemail , my vehicle was there for four weeks for a recall tha They don’t respond to their text messages and they don’t respond back if you leave a voicemail , my vehicle was there for four weeks for a recall that the only fixed half of and then told us it was ready , I picked it up drove off got about a mile down the road, and it went into lag mode! Over 5 weeks before it was fixed! At my cost when it went in for a free recall ! I dare say it’s the worst service center I’ve ever been to and if you can’t service vehicles why the heck would I buy one from you! I’ll find a good place to go even if I have to drive out of my way ! PS Just wanted to let everyone know that after getting it back again at my cost it made it less than a week and guess what’s back on , Yep you guessed it.
