Sales team worked hard to find the right car for me, if they didn't have it on the lot they went all over the state and even in to neighboring states to find the right Ford Flex for me. My wife and I were sceptical with dealerships and trusted our instinct when we were contacted by Pam about our internet inquiry and chose to come in about a trade-in possibility and a new car purchase. The inventory was extremely low but Pam and Justin arranged to have an reasonable appraisal and evaluation and test drive of a vehicle similar to the one we wanted. Overall, everyone was friendly, will to go the 'Extra Mile' and ensure that we didn't walk away without a comfortable vehicle lease experience. The key thing was their goal of customer satisfaction. The only criticism is the showroom needs to be upgraded and more user friendly and provide privacy for the sales personnel and customer interface. A kiosk needs to be available to view vehicles and options that you might be interested in and actually "Build a Vehicle" and use it as a tool for your final purchase. Great experience and lots of follow-up to ensure satisfaction was met. More
