I had my heart set on the Chevy Equinox for the past year plus 1/2, but when I came in to actually purchase it and put payment down, i took a drive across the street to look at what I thought might be a gently used one on my way in. That's when Jordan challenged me to test drive the Tuscon or Santa Fe and put it along side the Equinox.....longer story short??? Santa Fe won due to its peppiness, sporty feel, and what felt roomier to me. The Equinox felt like a BUS next to the Santa Fe. And the color was ordered unseen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for...LOVE my car!!! Thanks BETTEN HYUNDAI!! More

They won't stand behind their products Wanted a trailer towing package from the manufacturer, however the dealership installed an aftermarket kit and passed it along as "good as the manufac Wanted a trailer towing package from the manufacturer, however the dealership installed an aftermarket kit and passed it along as "good as the manufacturers". While they were installing the kit, they provided a compact vehicle, however we purchased a 6 passenger vehicle for a reason. When we asked for something larger to accommodate our family, they were unable. The hitch install was quoted at a few hours, however it took two days. Less than 9 months have passed and their installed trailer kit had to be disconnected from the vehicle as it was interfering with the vehicle's tail lights. Also the drivers seat is showing severe wear and they would not stand behind either. They are very friendly to sell you something, but beware, they will not stand behind their work or products. For all our hassles, they offered us a free oil change. We were so upset with this dealer that we turned down their token gesture. We have spent over $100k in the past 12 months with Betten and that's the last of our money they will see. More
