I spent part of my Saturday afternoon "car shopping" with my younger sister. While I was anticipating an afternoon of awkward bartering and feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle, our experi shopping" with my younger sister. While I was anticipating an afternoon of awkward bartering and feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle, our experience was vastly different. Shayne and Jerry were so helpful and laid back that I often forgot we were car-shopping and instead felt like we were hanging out with friends. The atmosphere at Bezema was comfortable, laid back and as stress and pressure free as I could ever imagine. Shayne and Jerry encouraged us to look at the Car Fax, explained language that we didn't understand, and answered any questions we had honestly and seriously, even when we asked personal questions like "What car would you want your daughter driving?" They even invited other co-workers into the conversation without ever pressuring my sister into a purchase she was unsure of. The employees at Bezema, especially Shayne and Jerry, were professional, informed, and most importantly human.
