Both Bob and the sales manager, Nick Elwell, quickly and efficiently took me thru the sales negotiation without pressure and we soon had an agreement. The titling and paperwork was very efficiently handled by Stephanie Kirkpatrick. While Stephanie explained everything in detail the process was completed without delays.
