I've been to 4 other Nissan Dealerships. This one was helpful and prompt! The sales manager helped me use the fast charger! He is nice. It broke over 2 years ago and Has only occassionally worked. They send you to the Chevy dealer, who sends you to the Motel next door?? Somersworth Nissan has a Level II charger which has the breaker turned off. More

The woman who thinks she runs the service area is beyond unprofessional. Made an appointment for a certain time on 11/20/2021. Yet waited HOURS. For an OIL CHANGE! Only an oil change. Called after 2 hours and lady was very unprofessional and even rude when asking when my car would be done and she said my car wasn't even started yet. Continued being rude when I asked why so I hung up. Once my car was finally ready and I went in to pickup she continued to be rude and unprofessional while cashing me out! She flat out told me that customers who wait and pop in come first. What's the point of scheduling an appointment then if that time means nothing? Why do customers who weren't scheduled an appointment come before my appointment? I've been coming here for 5 years. Never had a problem until today. She even said I'm welcome to take my service somewhere else. That's what I'll be doing!! More
