Patrick confirmed to me that there is 0 quality control of cars going thru this dealership. That's scary 😨 They worked on my car for a headlight replace recall and gave it back to me after 8 hrs of having it, with my lights not working. That's when I noticed bolts loose and other bolts reinstalled in incorrect locations. Originally I had received documentation from Nissan to bring my car to a Nissan dealer for the recall. Ben said I was lying and it was a fake recall. Doesn't get much worse than Ben for customer service More
