Went in on a Saturday to view & test drive a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. Pictures vs in person wasn’t accurate, in person bumpers wasn’t secure front & driver side rear, clips missing or malfunctioning, s Chevrolet Malibu. Pictures vs in person wasn’t accurate, in person bumpers wasn’t secure front & driver side rear, clips missing or malfunctioning, seat damage that I was informed would be handled within a couple days Monday . Visible scratches, needed a good buffing that I was also told would be done Monday. While on test drive the check engine light came on so instantly returned to lot. Salesman had previously agreed on price before in person visit after I expressed concerns & counter price due to discovered issues that salesman said was no problem fixed by Monday. Informed I’d contact Wednesday after he could present new offer to manager. Monday 0 update contact, didn’t worry. Texted Wednesday to see if issues were fixed or price difference as is. Salesman said the car sold Monday. I get it’s a sales business money now integrity 2nd, however a person’s time invested & word to me is the difference between good vs bad business & anytime a person s word & integrity has a price 1st over professional 1st its bad business. Learned first hand how I’ve heard 3 people in life you NEVER trust, a lawyer, a mechanic & a car salesman. More
