My service experience at Bill Hood makes me proud to have purchased my vehicle from there. The whole experience was exceptional. They are very patient and kind and speedy. Waiting for service is not an inconvenience, free coffee and a nice area to relax in. It is about a 40 minute ride from home but we'll worth it. They didn't check my tires (2 were low(, wrong mileage on rrceipt (10k off), no new sticker on windshield, no car wash (broke for 3 years?).
