We have been bringing our 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited here for ALL the servicing of our vehicle since we bought it. Everyone at the Bill Kolb Service dept is top notch. Stephen, the Service Rep that helped us today, was great. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. The excellent service goes beyond the superb Service Reps like Stephen. It extends to the people who greet you and take your car, to the excellent Subaru mechanics, to the people that take care of the facility. No upsells here, great service coupons, and very reasonable prices. No one else services our car except Bill Kolb Jr. service, including inspections, (we pass two other Subaru dealers and pay a toll to go Bill Kolb Jr.). I love coming to you guys to service my Subaru because of the service specials that you guys offer, but I came in today (Saturday, June 15th) and the amount of time I waited was abysmal. I had an 11AM appoin the service specials that you guys offer, but I came in today (Saturday, June 15th) and the amount of time I waited was abysmal. I had an 11AM appointment to get my brake rotors resurfaced and brake pads replaced and I didn’t end up leaving until about 3:30PM. That’s unacceptable. I understand you maybe don’t want to hire more technicians to work on a Saturday to cut costs, but then maybe don’t allow as many appointments. There has to be some accountability and responsibility from you guys. I’m still going to continue to use you guys because the work you guys do is great and the service special coupons you guys offer are great, but you guys need to work on getting this better. Thanks. Started off okay, then as I'm leaving, the credit machine doesn't work. Which only led to either cash, or check.. and those most of us don't have.
