They have the have an inventory large enough to find what I needed. When they don't have it in stock, inventory moves usually fast enough, that in a couple of weeks got what I needed. The prices are reasonable most of the time, to the point that you can count on it. The sales team is nice and don't try to pressure you on buying something on the spot. When they could not found a car for me on the lot they ordered one and received it three days later. Prices are low but very little room to negotiate. For people that like a no haggle atmosphere, this is it. All in all a very positive experience. that why is me second Forester bought from them. More

They honor their extended warranty and usually find additional issues to fix included in the same deductible price. Although it's a dealership, they're very personable and we usually interact with the same couple of team members. More

As well as taking us for a real test drive, Sonny took the time to not only speak with us about the Outback, but to also take us on a tour of the service department. We were equally impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this area. Sonny kept us constantly informed and updated, about the arrival of our new vehicle. When it was time for pick-up, he spent as much time and even more, going over every detail of the technology that makes the Subaru Outback the vehicle it is. Since driving off the lot of the dealership, Sonny has made follow-up calls, to insure that we are enjoying our new vehicle and that all is well. He has reminded us each time, to call should we have any questions and/or concerns. I was rolling payments over From a previous car that I had to get rid of due to lack of space. This dealership works wonders I always had a problem trying to get approval from a bank due to the negative equity I had on the car. The managers and salesmen promised and made sure I left with a brand new car and that's exactly what had happen.
