Although the service department is average I’m still waiting for my part now 9 months and still no estimate of when it will be available. some of the staff you find friendly and the rest are not. I just did service on my car and the next day my light for air filter pop up on my screen. I took my 2021 Titan Platinum for an electric issue, and since it was hunting season and I needed a truck, the dealership did not hesitate to rent me a truck from Enterprise. Our 2025 Rogue is being serviced at Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan. My husband and I are in our 80s and have purchased numerous vehicles over our decades together.
