My Review of Bill Penney Mitsubishi:
I took my vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealership for repairs. It was not serviced to my satisfaction. I took it back and they found other things wrong it that should have been mentioned the first time. I feel that this was done purpose so that I would have to pay another exhorbitant labor charge!

My husband and I both have Mitsubishi vehicles, but we will not return to the dealership for maintenance.

My Review of Bill Penney Mitsubishi:
Service department was NOT friendly at all. I visited the service department about 6 months after the Mitsu dealership was moved to Bill Penney. As I said I did not feel welcomed at all in the service area. The previous Mitus dealer service dept was excellant.. They did NOT have a courtesy car available to take me to my office which was only about 5 miles away. <br><br>I had dealt with the service dept at Bill Penney Toyota dealership many years ago and the service was lousy then also.<br><br>
