Took my car in for a little maintenance, what a nightmare! Roland, he said the manager was very bazaar. I had to pay $185 up front for diagnostic. I was told I needed two catalytic converters at nightmare! Roland, he said the manager was very bazaar. I had to pay $185 up front for diagnostic. I was told I needed two catalytic converters at $5000 plus tree hours labor. I was wondering what the extra cat was for. I said I would be taking the car to my regular mechanic. I couldn't get Roland to give me the diagnostic I paid for so the new manager Chris stepped in. He said my car had a massive five and melted the two cats, still only one on the car. I called a tow truck and brought it to my regular mechanic. After hearing this horrific story he dropped everything to take a look. An hour and $42.50 later my car was just fine. The catalytic converter was just fine. I had one bad plug that caused a mild mis-fire. This unnecessary drama lasted all day. I truly thought the dishonest dealer policies were finally a thing of the past. Nope, they seemed to get pleasure bullying an old lady. Seriously, don't do it! More
