Tyler Ford advertised a used truck I was interested in. When I contacted the salesperson she told me it had been taken to the shop for repairs and she would let me know when it was ready. She never got bac When I contacted the salesperson she told me it had been taken to the shop for repairs and she would let me know when it was ready. She never got back to me. Over the next several weeks I followed up, but got the same story. Finally, the truck appeared back on the lot one day. When I inquired with the finance manager about the truck, he said the owner put a lot into it and decided to keep it for himself. He took my number and told me he would have the owner contact me. I still have not heard from anyone. The salesperson knew this truck originally belonged to my grandfather and that it had sentimental value, but apparently that wasn't important. I would think twice before dealing with Tyler Ford. Customers just don't seem very important to them. More
