Yesterday we purchased our third new vehicle in last 10 years from salesman, Donnie Laferr. Donnie has made the process extremely easy and pleasant every time. There are several other employees through the years that have also been most helpful in the process of buying, and afterwards getting our vehicles serviced, at Billingsley Ford in Duncan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We understand that we live in a real world and sometimes things happen that are beyond the employees control and hard decisions need to be made (we've been there a couple of times) but we feel that they have always done everything in their power to make things right. Stay away! I took my truck in for an oil change and an inspection. After the service, literally 30 miles later my check in gone light came on. How convenient, t I took my truck in for an oil change and an inspection. After the service, literally 30 miles later my check in gone light came on. How convenient, then I went to AutoZone to check the part. I changed it, and the check engine is still there. I take it back to them they say it’s the same part I just changed. What are the odds? Now they are saying it’s $500 to replace it and it still may not be the issue. These people are CROOKS! More
Great service. I was very pleased with Nicole's help. Thanks everyone! No financing needed so can not comment on that part. I was very pleased with Nicole's help. Thanks everyone! No financing needed so can not comment on that part. More

Only thing that wasn't pleasant was the misunderstanding and confusion on if my plates from the trade-in belonged on the purchased vehicle. I left not knowing if dealer was registering the car or I needed to do it. I tried and was told I had to wait for the title to be mailed to me. More
My experience was a good one, however, the salesman knew I had been driving a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited and I would have appreciated him mentioning three things... #1 no CD player, #2 it's a Flex Fuel ve I had been driving a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited and I would have appreciated him mentioning three things... #1 no CD player, #2 it's a Flex Fuel vehicle, and #3 it has Automatic Engine Stop/Start. I'm not saying that my knowing these things up front would have affected my decision to purchase but I was, never-the-less, denied information on which to make a fully informed decision. It's not that he mentioned them early or late in our discussions... he never mentioned them at all! #1 and #2 are of little concern, but I am finding #3 to be a real pain in the neck! With 100+ degree temperatures having the A/C cut out every time you hit a traffic light in slow moving rush hour traffic is unacceptable and having to hit the OFF button for this "feature" every time you start the vehicle is almost as bad.
