She didn't try to rush us or try to sell us something we didn't need. We had to purchase out of necessity and she respected that. She was very knowledgeable about what was on the lot and guided us in the direction that we had told her we wanted to spend. The team worked hard to secure a loan for us with terms that would be easy for my wife and I to pay. So i bought the vehicle. Come to find out a mounth later the vehicle was not all wheel drive. So I called the dealership they said they would make it right. Showed up there and they tried to sell me a used all wheel drive vehicle for 19000 dollors that was not even worth 15000. I would not recomend this dealership to anyone very unperfessional. Sales team is not very well trained. I would rather drive hours away to buy vehicle. What a joke this place is More

If you want to buy a new car Blackwell is ok. However, whatever you do DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM BLACKWELL DODGE that isn't a line that they carry. I bought a used car from them and they misrepresented i whatever you do DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM BLACKWELL DODGE that isn't a line that they carry. I bought a used car from them and they misrepresented it and now i am having to possibly go through the process of filing for Virginia lemon law paperwork with an attorney, only god knows if it will ever amount to anything other than being stuck with a car that wasn't as advertised. If you call them back after a sale to tell them they made a mistake they will own up to it but won't do anything to help. The only reason i gave it a 2 instead of 1 star is the new cars my family have bought from there have so far been ok and my actual car salesman was very nice and realized the mistake and did what he could to help.
