Blakely Chevrolet is apparently opposed in refunding my money on a GAP policy I cancelled back in August with Alfa Warranty Services. I do believe this dealership does not put customer satisfaction anywhere near the top of its priority list. I sent a Google review on this as well and got a response from the "owner" supposedly. Stating the apologize, please call to see if they can assist. It appears they send the same to all negative reviews but when I called did not get the assistance they promised. I believe one should use extreme caution in purchasing anything from these people. I would rate them a 0, but there is not a rating relevant. Richard More

They be rolling back the odometer on the used cars if you ever bought a used car from them please go have it inspected by a mechanic because they roll the vehicles odometer back. I bought a 2018 Audi A7 from them which supposed to have 82k on it but when I took it to my local dealership they found it to have 144k on the car. They are crooks and deceptive and misleading. More
