Worst experience ever if I could give this place a 0 I would and will not recommend this place at all , sales man didn't care about even knowing the vehicles he was showing if I could give this place a 0 I would and will not recommend this place at all , sales man didn't care about even knowing the vehicles he was showing us ,i bought a used car from this people and they just lied to us about everything after i got home check engine light came on ,tires didn't have pressure sensors and several mechanical problems i took the vehicle to my mechanic and said you need to take this vehicle back you are looking around 2 to 3 thousand dollars on repairs, i call them back and the sales manager said well you should have checked the vehicle before buying it very arrogant and sarcastic i can't believe they treat customers like this i went to the dealer ship and they wouldn't take there vehicle back they wanted me to trade it in but they wouldn't give me the same amount toward an other vehicle it is the most horrible experience don't buy from this people THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT ALL !!!!!!! More

Thank you Bluebonnet Dodge! We had called a couple of dealerships when we decided we needed a new (used) car. Tom Allen was the first (and only) person to contact us, and did so We had called a couple of dealerships when we decided we needed a new (used) car. Tom Allen was the first (and only) person to contact us, and did so quickly, after we completed online apps for pre-approvl. My husband had mentioned to Mr. Allen that we may be stopping in the following day. We ended up just dropping in the next day in the early afternoon without notice and despite the fact that Mr. Allen was at a different dealership location, he was there within 15 minutes to help us. We had already expressed what we were looking for so finding the right car was not difficult; however, Mr. Allen was knowledgeable about the vehicle we test-drove, and ultimately ended up buying. The staff were super accommodating, friendly and made car shopping with an 11 year old, 8 year old and 11 month old easy. We were in and out quickly and ended up getting a good value on our trade in. The van we bought was extremely clean and we all absoutley love it. We highly recommend Blue Bonnet Dodge and Tom Allen and will be going there for our next vehicle purchase!!! More
