Worst experience ever! I purchased a 2020 Jeep from this location. This was my first service appointment 5 thousand mile although I only had 4300 miles. I received about six emails from them telling me to g location. This was my first service appointment 5 thousand mile although I only had 4300 miles. I received about six emails from them telling me to get my Jeep serviced or I will void my warranty. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. I was told it would take about an hour they were not busy so I decided to wait for the job to be done. The wait area was small there were two people waiting already leaving me no place to sit. As per social distancing. The pastries that were sent out seem to be three days old due to no the stillness. So I decided to go for a walk and find a good cup of coffee and something to eat, meanwhile I received a text from the service technician John. I responded informing him of another issue I was having to please address it. I get back an hour later and notice my vehicle still in the stall not being worked on. I confronted John he informed me he never received my text. Apparently he sends out automatic text but doesn’t follow through. O had to wait longer at that point. Not happy will never return to this location. More
