This place is unbelievable! We bought 4 vehicles in one month back in January 2000. My wife bought a focus and has had nothing but real problems with this car since she has had it. At first the dealer was helpfull with her problems, but over time that help wained. Her service advisor who was always very helpful is now gone and with her car in there again for a very serious problem she is being handled like a stranger. This dealer has had tremendous turnover over the past few years and it has shown not to be for the better(as far as the service dept.is concerned). I can't speak for the sales department, you sell a million cars for a good price but if you can't SERVICE the customer as well as the car, you have a problem. I hope you avoid this place like the plague until they work out there problems. I will give you an update on how our problem is resolved to let you know if they improved their SERVICE!!

After shopping many Baltimore Ford dealers we drove 25 miles out of our way to Bob Bell Ford of Glen Burnie. The salesman was ONE of the few to listen to what we needed and did not try to talk us into an in stock vehicle and found the exact match at a dealer over 100 miles away - gave us the price we wanted and went an got the vehicle for us the next day. Great Job and we will send you our family and friends!
